When you're serious about frying funnel cakes, this is the fryer for you. Designed to fry thousands of cakes a day. A 146,000 BTU burner provides all the heat you need for constant frying. Large surface can hold up to 10 - 8" cakes at a time. Features all stainless steel construction, AGA approved thermostat and a High limit safety. Price includes base cooker and heat shield. Drain rack shown in photo, along with 8" lift-off style molds, pitchers, and tongs are sold separately. Dimensions are 46.5" x 28" x 36". Capacity is 12 to 15 gallons of shortening. Standard set up is for propane, natural gas is optional.
