Founded by WWII veteran RL “Dick” Mueller, RL Mueller Popcorn & Supply has been a trusted source for concession equipment, supplies, and expert advice for over 65 years. From the era of poodle skirts and Eisenhower to today’s fairs and festivals, we’ve helped entrepreneurs and concessioners succeed with quality products and dependable service.

What began with fountain syrup and a vision grew into a full-service concession supply business—introducing our Happy Jack brand in the ’60s and expanding into sno-cone syrup, popcorn, oil, and pre-popped snacks. In the ’80s, we brought our premium funnel cake mix to market alongside high-volume gas cookers.

Today, we continue that legacy—supporting concessioners with top-tier products, repairs, and advice. While technology has evolved, the core of the business remains the same: people love classic treats, fun events, and the freedom of being their own boss.
